位於東京充滿歷史與情調的「谷根千」地區的「和菓子教室 sakura」，是一個能輕鬆體驗展現日本四季之美的和菓子製作，並品味撫慰人心的抹茶的特別場所。

覺得「做和菓子好像很難」也請放心。本教室由資深講師以最多6人的小班制，細心指導在家也能輕鬆再現的和菓子做法。另外，我們不拘泥於拘謹的禮法，傳授任何人都能打出美味抹茶的祕訣。特別是針對海外旅客與留學生，我們也會搭配英文說明，提供感受日本傳統文化深度的機會。

透過製作美麗的和菓子、品味馥郁的抹茶，用五感感受日本文化與四季流轉。不妨結合「谷根千」散步，留下難以忘懷的回憶。

538適用年齡: 10 歲以上皆可參加。未滿 12 歲需監護人陪同，未滿 15 歲需監護人同意。

538名額: 每堂課採小班制，最多 6 人。若需私人課程，請另行以電子郵件洽詢（最低費用30,000日圓）。

538攜帶物品: 請自備圍裙、擦手毛巾、書寫用具。為觀光客提供圍裙借用。首次參加者請於當日繳交學費。

538服裝: 製作和菓子為指尖的精細作業。為了能舒適作業，請將指甲修剪短，長髮者請綁起。建議盡可能取下戒指，並去除指甲油與美甲。

開創700年紀念特別展「大德寺：日本無雙之禪苑」
