典藏展 東京都寫真美術館 「TOP Collection 明日的餐桌」舉辦 凝視飲食，思索未來生活方式的攝影展 東京都寫真美術館正舉辦透過照片與影像，探討「飲食」與「生活」關係的展覽「TOP Collection 明日的餐桌」。會場為東京都寫真美術館3樓展覽室。展期為2026年7月2日（四）至9月21日（一・國定假日）。 「TOP Collection」是從多元面向介紹東京都寫真美術館所典藏約39,000件照片與影像作品的展覽系列。 本展以「飲食」為切入點觀看作品，同時思考高齡化、獨食等現代社會所面臨的課題。透過照片與影像中所呈現的餐桌，邀請每一位來館者思索「吃」與「與他人共生」。 從四個展室思考「飲食」與社會 ROOM 01 第1室「那時，那張餐桌」 以家人與自身餐桌記憶為主題，介紹島尾伸三、原美樹子、野口里佳、潮田登久子、川內倫子等5位藝術家的作品。 從日常中偶然浮現的飲食風景，關注作為記憶累積的餐桌樣貌。 ROOM 02 第2室「飲食與地方之間」 透過奈良原一高、山田實、宮本隆司、竹谷出的作品，重新審視土地與飲食的連結。 從都市餐飲到漁業，乃至祈求豐收與豐漁的活動，思考飲食如何與各地區相互連結。竹谷出的〈にほんのかけら〉系列為納入東京都寫真美術館典藏後首次展出。 ROOM 03 第3室「在環境之中」 透過宮崎學、土田ヒロミ、楢橋朝子、岩井優的作品，思考人類活動與自然環境的關係。 以食材價格波動、野生動物棲地變遷，以及東日本大震災引發的福島第一核電廠事故所造成的食品相關「風評被害」等問題為背景，審視我們的生活與環境之間的關係。 ROOM 04 第4室「明日的餐桌」 思考從現在起、也就是未來的飲食樣貌。在高齡化、獨食與獨居人口增加，使得飲食周遭環境改變的情況下，本室介紹折元立身的〈奶奶的午餐〉系列。 該系列收錄了於福島縣二本松市的龍泉寺與在地長者共進餐食的情景，以及在葡萄牙世界遺產城市埃武拉的修道院，邀請500位奶奶一起跳舞、歌唱、圍坐餐桌的溝通藝術紀錄。這一章節讓人重新思考與他人同桌共食的喜悅，並透過與他者的連結，省思「共同生活」的意義。 電影放映與合作菜單 展期中，配合本展，以「飲食」與生活風格為主題的電影《かもめ食堂》《めがね》《土を喰らう十二ヵ月》，將在東京都寫真美術館1樓大廳放映。此外，1樓的 Café From Top 也將提供本展的合作菜單，包括「西瓜蛋糕」以及鴨肉飯與南瓜濃湯的一盤料理。另於惠比壽花園廣場地下一樓的「WINE MARKET PARTY」，亦為出示本展門票的來店者準備了特典。 推薦對象 「TOP收藏 明日的餐桌」透過照片與影像，思考與家人的餐食、地域與飲食的連結、自然環境，以及未來的餐桌。由於能欣賞以飲食為主題的多元作品，不僅適合對攝影作品感興趣的人，也很適合想以全新視角審視日常記憶與社會變遷的人。 也推薦給想把惠比壽地區的觀光、購物與美食相結合，一同享受東京文化體驗的您。 展覽現場 攝影：いしかわみちこ 展覽現場 攝影：いしかわみちこ ※展期中每週一休館。但若週一逢國定假日則開館，隔一個平日休館。 ※因各種因素，活動內容可能有所變更。來館前請至官方網站確認最新資訊。 :root { --bg-color: #fcfcfc;
